6 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
5 oz. grated cheese
1/4 to 1/2 roll sausage, cooked and drained
melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of pan with 3 tbsp of melted butter. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over butter. Cook at 300 for 15-20 minutes or until egg is done.
Double recipe for 9x13 dish. Can be made the night before and refrigerated.
