16 thin slices of salami
1 T. chopped dill
1 T. chopped chives
6 oz. goat cheese
16 cherry or grape tomatoes
16 mozzarella balls
1 T. minced oregano
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Roll each slice of salami into a small cone. Stir salt, pepper, dill and chives into the goat cheese. Fill salami with cheese mixture (use pastry bag or cut off corner of a plastic sandwich bag)
Prepare 8 skewers, alternating cherry tomato , mozzarella balls and cheese filled salami. Before serving sprinkle with salt & pepper and oregano. Drizzle with olive oil.
