2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can blueberry pie filling (can also use fresh or frozen blueberries that have been thickened with sugar and cornstarch)
8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:

Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Melt butter and add to crumb mixture. Mix thoroughly and press into 9x13 cake pan.
Beat together cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. When smooth, spread over crumb crust and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. When cool, top with the fruit pie pilling and Cool Whip. Refrigerate before serving.
