2 lbs ground chuck
2 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Basil
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Cup Milk
1 & 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Egg beaten
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzerella Cheese (optional)
Salt & Pepper to taste

This is simple...In a large bowl add everything!

Get your hands in there and mix it all up. Roll mixture in you hands to make small meatballs no larger than about 1/2 the size of a baseball. This makes it cook evenly.

Fry in a pan on medium heat and brown on all sides. Once brown, cover with lid and cook on low for 10 minutes. Skip this step if adding to sauce.
