1tbsp butter 500g peeled green prawns 2 cloves crushed garlic 1 sm diced onion 2 sliced diced bacon 1/4 diced red capsicum 3 sm chopped eschallots 2 lge chopped mushrooms salt & pepper to taste 200ml cream
Melt butter in frying pan. Add garlic onion and bacon and saute for 3-4 minutes. Then add capsicum eschallots and mushrooms. Add prawns and cook untill they turn pink. Salt & pepper to taste. Reduce heat, add cream and allow to heat through. Serve with Rice
