Ingredients:  
1 plus pound of lamb chunks
1 Tbsp of butter
1 Tbsp oil
1 cup of water
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cloves of garlic
2 potatoes, carrots, small onions
fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
-Brown lamb in butter and oil
-add water, broth and seasoning
-simmer one hour
-add potatoes, onions, carrots, mushrooms
-combine milk and flour add to stew to thicken
