Ingredients:  
6 Tbsp olive oil
1 large yellow onion chopped
9 cloves of garlic crushed
6 sprigs of marjoram
7 lb. of ripe tomatoes chopped
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil, add onion garlic,
stir in tomatoes,marjoram, salt and pepper
Bring to boil for 15 minutes, simmer to thicken 15-20 minutes
Puree
