1 pkg lemon jello
1/2 C boiling water
1 1/2 C ginger ale
1/4 C chopped nuts
1/4 C celery, finely cut
1 C assorted fruits*
1 t crystallized ginger, finely cut

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over jello and stir until dissolved. Add ginger-ale. Place in refrigerator until begins to gel, then stir in remaining ingredients. *Assorted fruits include: can/drained pineapple/orange segments, chopped apples/cherries/grapes.
