8 potatoes diced and boiled 6 slices fried bacon crumbled ( I use pre packaged real bacon bits by Oscar Meyer) 6 green onions chopped 1 16 oz bottle ranch dressing( may use less pending your taste) 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste
In large bowl pour bottle of ranch dressing and add cooled diced and boiled potatoes and remaining ingredients. Toss gently. Cover and refrigerate about 4 hours and serve.
