12 oz. sweet Italian sausage or ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
4 cloves minced garlic
3lbs. Roma tomatoes chopped or 2-14.5oz can tomatoes
1-6 oz. tomato paste
12 cup red wine
2 Tbsp. snipped basil or 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 Tbsp. fresh oregano or 1tsp dried
2 tsp. fresh marjoram or 1/2 tsp dried
1/2 salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup cream
2 Tbsp. parsley

Cook all ingredients in large pot and simmer for several hours. May use for any pasta dish.
