2 to 3 lbs. pork tenderloins

Marinade:
1/2 cup orange juice
4 tbsp. orange zest
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 garlic cloves minced or pressed
1/2 cup olive oil

Sauce:
3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp. orange marmalade
1 1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
3 tbsp. unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and add the pork tenderloins
2. Refrigerate and marinate for several hours
3. An hour before barbecuing pull out the pork tenderloins and throw out the remaining marinade
4. Prepare the sauce by adding all the ingredients in a sauce pan and heating it for 5 minutes
5. After the sauce is heated through add the butter and heat for a few more minutes
6. Use the sauce to pour over the barbecued pork when it is served
