4 large red peppers
4 large green peppers
2 lbs. onions
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut tops and bottoms off peppers and cut lengthwise
2. Quarter the onions
3. Mix the vegetables in 2 large bowls, one for peppers and one for onions
4. Mix the lemon juice and olive oil with salt and pepper and pour over the vegetables making sure they are well coated
5. Grill the peppers on the barbecue for 12 to 15 minutes
6. Grill the onions on the barbecue for 20 to 25 minutes
