2 or 3 lbs. pork tenderloins

Marinade:
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup dry sherry
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 garlic cloves minced or pressed
1 tsp. dried sage
1/2 tbsp. dried tyme
1 bay leaf crumbled

Directions:

1. Cut pork tenderloins into cubes to be threaded on a stick for barbecuing
2. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and add the pork cubes
3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for a couple of hours
4. Thread the pork cubes on a stick and reserve the marinade
5. Grill on the barbecue for 20 to 25 minutes or until the juices run clean while brushing the marinade on the pork while it cooks
