1 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup celery

White sauce (2 Tbsp. butter, 2 Tbsp. flour, and 1/2-1 cup milk)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 pkg. crushed potato chips
1 can tuna
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown in oil the mushrooms, green pepper, onion, and celery. Make 2 cups white sauce, add 1/2 cup grated cheese and add to first mixture.
Add tuna and potato chips and season with mustard, Worcestershire, lemon juice and cover with breadcrumbs that have been buttered. Bake until bubbly.

This appetizer is from Elizabeth Dietz, my mother's best friend. She would put about 1/2 cup in little open fish shell dishes and serve at parties. This could easily be made as a hotdish.
