Zucchini Cake Recipe

2 1/2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
2 t. baking soda
2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. ground cloves

1/2 c. oil
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 t. vanilla
3 eggs

1 1/2 shredded zucchini

3 oz. cream cheese
1 T. milk
1 t. vanilla
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

In large bowl mix dry ingredients, set aside. In mixing bowl beat eggs; stir in oil, sugar, juice, vanilla and zucchini. Mix well; Add flour mixture stir unil moist.
greased 13x9 cook for 35-40 min. in 350 oven
cool then frost
