Batter Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs

Nut Mixture:
1/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 T. cinnamon
1/4 c. walnuts chopped

1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
4 T. milk
1 T. melted butter

Beat batter ingredients together for 8 min. Mix nut mixture together. In a 9x13 greased pan pour 1/3 of batter, then layer 1/2 of nut mixture, then 1/3 batter, then other 1/2 of nut mixture then rest of batter. Cook at 350 for 35 min. While cake is cooling for 10 min., mix glaze ingredients. Punch holes in cake and then pour glaze over cake.
