1 tablespoon unsalted butter 1 teaspoon coarse salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin 1 cup uncooked white rice Juice of 1/2 lime 1 tablespoon freshly chopped cilantro
Bring 2 cups water to a boil Add butter, salt, cumin and 1 cup uncooked white rice Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook 20 minutes until water is absorbed Transfer to serving dish and add juice of lime and cilantro Fluff with a fork and serve immediately
