Salad:
2 cucumbers

Dressing:
3 tbsp. goma (toasted sesame seeds)
3 tbsp. Japanese rice vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. salt (MSG is Japanese salt and is preferable)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and slice cucumbers very thin (1/8 inch)
2. Put sliced cucumbers in a bowl that can be sealed
2. Mix the dressing ingredients well and pour over the cucumbers
3. Seal and put in refrigerator for an hour or so before serving

You can also add a little sesame or chili oil for extra flavor or even chopped mint or green onions. Feel free to experiment. This goes well with ahi tuna.
