3 eggs
2 cups milk (or 1 cup milk and 1 cup light cream)
1 cup flour
6 tbsp. unsalted butter melted
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs with 1/2 cup of milk 2 or 3 minutes with an electric mixer
2. Add flour all at once and beat it to a heavy, smooth consistency
3. Beat in remaining milk and then the melted butter and the salt
4. lightly grease the grill or pan with butter and spoon on the mixture
