1 large cabbage shredded, 1 green pepper sliced paper thin, 2 medium onions sliced thin & seperated to rings, 1 medium jar pimentoes drained
1 cup crisco oil, 1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup white vinegar,
1 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp celery seeds,

Directions:
In large bowl layer cabbage, pepper, onion & pimentow. Do not stir. Mix last 5 ingredients and
boil for 2 minutes, pour hot liquid over the vegetables. Cover tightly. Refrigarate about 4 hours or overnight.
