Ingredients:
8 quarts of popped corn
1 cup of butter
2 cups of brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup of dark corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups of whole pecans or nut of your choice
2 cups melted dark chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Pop the popcorn and set aside. Over medium heat, combine butter, brown sugar, salt and syrup. Bring it to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the baking soda, stirring well. Pour this over the popcorn and nuts on a large baking sheet. Bake at 200 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. In the mean time, melt the dark chocolate. Pour the melted chocolate over the carmel corn allowing it to form small puddles. Do not stir. Allow corn to cool and store in an airtight container. This will keep for a long time if you can stay out of it.
