1 81/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, slightly drained 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup corn oil 1/4 cup Karo 2 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. ssalt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. ginger
Arrange chicken skin side down on rack in broiler pan. Blend other ingredients and baste chicken. Broil, basting frequently and turning once until chicken is tender and browned, about 45-50 minutes. Serve with rice, plain or fried.
