1 81/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, slightly drained
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup corn oil
1/4 cup Karo
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ssalt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange chicken skin side down on rack in broiler pan. Blend other ingredients and baste chicken. Broil, basting frequently and turning once until chicken is tender and browned, about 45-50 minutes. Serve with rice, plain or fried.
