1 1/2 C sugar
1 stick oleo
1/2 C oil
1 t vanilla
2 egg (beaten)
1/4 C milk
2 large mashed bananas
2 C sifted flour
1/4 t salt
1 t soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
6 T oleo (melted)
1 C brown sugar (packed)
1/2 to 1 C chopped pecans
1/2 to 1 C coconut

Cream the sugar, oleo and oil together. Beat in vanilla, eggs, milk and bananas. Mix salt, soda and baking powder into flour. Now beat this mixture into banana mixture until creamy. Pour into oblong 13" greased pan. TOPPING: Mix all ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over top of the batter. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for about 45 minutes.
