4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup milk
2 cups sugar divided
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon, for sprinkling

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven 375º
Melt butter in a 9x13 pan in the oven
Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt
Add milk just until moistened
Pour over melted butter, DO NOT STIR!
In a saucepan, place peaches, remaining 1 cup sugar, and lemon juice and bring to a boil over high heat
Pour peaches over batter; DO NOT STIR
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown
