1 head iceberg lettuce
10 oz pkg frozen peas
1 onion, sliced thin/chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced thin
4 oz grated cheddar cheese
10 slices bacon, cook/crumble
1/2 C+ mayonnaise
1/4 C sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cook, drain and cool peas. Cut up lettuce and spread into 13" Pyrex. Sprinkle evenly over top; peas, onion, celery, cheese and bacon. Spread mayonnaise over top, then sprinkle sugar over all. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
