4 chicken breasts
Package of spaghetti or egg noodles
8 ounces Velveeta cheese
1 can extra hot Rotel
1 3 1/2 ounce can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 350º
Boil chicken (season to taste)
Boil noodles (add butter)
In a microwave safe bowl add Velveeta, Rotel, evaporated milk and cream of mushroom soup; heat 5 minutes and stir
Put noodles in casserole dish; shred chicken over noodles Pour sauce over noodles and chicken
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes
Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top
Return to oven and bake 5 minutes
