1 package No Yolk extra broad egg noodles
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
1/4 cup olive oil
Tony's seasoning

Boil egg noodles; drain
In seperate bowl mix eggs and milk
Add noodles to milk/egg mixture; mix well with hands
Heat skillet to medium high heat; add butter and olive oil
Once melted--add the egg noodle mixture to skillet
Cook until eggs are cooked
Place on plate with paper towels and sprinkle with Tony's seasoning
