1 cup mil 6 eggs
2 tbsp butter or margarine (softened) 1 tsp vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour ½ tsp salt
2 pkgs (12 oz. each) frozen escalloped apples 1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Prehead over to 450 degrees and spray casserole dish (preferably round) with non-stick spray. In separate bowl, combine milk, eggs, butter and vanilla. Slowly whisk in combine flour and slat until egg mixture is smooth. Pour batter into casserole dish. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce over temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking 15 minutes or until sides are crisp and golden brown.

After 10 minutes of bake time, heat apples in microwave over according to package directions. Remove pancake from over and fill center with apples. Combine powdered sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pancake and apples. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
