1 lb shrimp or crawfish 2/3 cup whipping cream or half and half 2 sticks margarine 12 oz. fettuccini noodles 2 heaping tsps garlic powder
Boil noodles and drain. Melt margarine and garlic powder in sauce pan. Mix in whipping cream or half and half. Add shrimp or crawfish and cook for about 15 minutes. Toss seafood mixture into noodles. Top with romano cheese.
