16 slices sandwich bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
12 eggs
2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease 13x19-inch cooking dish. Line bottom with bread cubes. Beat cream cheese with mixer, add eggs, cream, syrup, and flavoring. Beat until blended. Pour over bread cubes, cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to baking. Bake at 375º for 40-50 minutes or until set, covering with foil after 25 minutes. Serve with additional syrup.
