2 lbs extra lean ground beef or venison 1 #2 can sauerkraut (drained) 3 eggs 1 cup brown sugar 1 ¼ cup bread crumbs 1 can whole cranberries 1 pkg onion soup mix 1 jar of chili sauce or spaghetti sauce
Combine all ingredients except chili or spaghetti sauce. Form into approx. 72 meatballs. Place in a deep casserole or roaster. Pour sauce into large bowl. Fill jar with water and pour into bowl. Blend sauce with water then pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 for 2 hours
