Ingredients:  
1 sm. Onion (chopped) 1 can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
1 stick butter 8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. garlic (minced) 2/3 cups shredded Parmesian cheese
10 oz. frozen, chopped Spinach (drained & thawed)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and butter until onions are clear. Add all ingredients except Parmesian cheese. Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray. Add mixture into dish and bake @ 350 for 15-25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesian Cheese and serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
