1 large can jalapenos (drained) 8 oz. mozzarella cheese (block)
1 cup Bisquick 3 tbsp milk
cup Jimmy Deans sausage 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice jalapenos lengthwise and remove seeds. Slice mozzarella cheese lengthwise to fit into jalapenos. Combine Bisquick, milk, sausage and cheddar cheese in bowl. Spread about 1 tbsp of Bisquick mixture in the palm of your hand and flatten. Place the jalapeno in the flattened Bisquick mixture and mold the mixture around the jalapeno until the jalapeno is completely covered. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
