1/4 cup flour
6 c.(6-8 med.) sliced potatoes
1/2 c. margarine
1-1 1/2 lb. ham cubed
2 c. milk
salt & pepper to taste
1/2-1 c. chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
In bottom of greased 2-quart casserole or 9X13 in. baking pan, layer some of the sliced potatoes. Sprinkle with chopped onion, then cubed ham. Repeat layers until you’ve used up everything. Melt margarine; stir in flour and seasonings until smooth. Mix in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Pour sauce over potato mixture. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Uncover and continue cooking for up to thirty minutes more.
