1 4lb pork loin
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c. cran-apple juice
1 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. ground cloves
salt & pepper to taste

2 T. cornstarch & 2 T. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in greased crock pot. In medium bowl, mash cranberry sauce, stir in sugar, juice, mustard, cloves, salt and pepper. Pour over roast. Cover and cook 6-8 hours on low. Remove roast, keep warm. Turn crock pot on high, add cornstarch and water to thicken or pour into sauce pan and thicken, use as gravy.
