3 LBS. chicken breasts
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 TSP. pepper
1/2 TSP. seasoned salt
1/2 Cup Margarine, melted.

Directions:
Directions:
Skin and debone chicken breasts. Cute each fillet into pieces approximately 1 1/2 inches by 4 inches. Combine breadcrumbs and seasoning. Dip each chicken piece into melted margarine and then into breadcrumbs. Place on foil lined cookie sheet. bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Note: For a lighter version, dip the chicken pieces in milk instead of margarine before placing in crumbs.
