1 Flank Steak
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. catsup
1 T. vinegar
1/4 t. pepper
2 minced garlic cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the marinade then add to steak in a zip lock bag. I like to marinate for 2 days. Or purchase the meat add to bag with sauce and freeze until you need it. Very good!
