2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 lb. or 1 1/2 qts. strawberries
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º. In medium bowl, combine 2 tbsp. sugar, butter, and flour until crumbly. Press onto 12 inch pizza pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Cool.

In small mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, vanilla and 1/4 cup sugar, beat until creamy. Spread to within 1/2 inch of edge of cooled crust. Mash enough of the strawberries to measure 1 cup. In small saucepan, over medium heat, combine 2 tbsp. sugar and cornstarch. Add mashed berries and heat to boiling. Boil and stir 1 minute. Cool. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Cut remaining strawberries into thin slices. Arrange over top of glaze in circles, overlapping slices slightly. Refrigerate2 hrs. before serving.
