Pumpkin Bars Recipe

4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1-16 oz. can pumpkin

2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt

3 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 t. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix first 4 ingredients with mixer until fluffy.
Mix dry ingredients together then add to pumpkin mixture. Mix until smooth. Cook at 350 for 25-30 min in ungreased 15x10x1 jelly roll pan. Cool and frost.
Frosting: mix first 3 ingredients until smooth then add powdered sugar. Spread on cooled cake.
