1 Large can of V-8
1 large onion
1 can kidney beans
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 package frozen Italian green beans
1 lb. Hamburg
4 large red bliss potatoes
1/2 t. oregano
1/2 t. thyme
1 clove garlic minced
pepper & salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add V-8 to soup pot. Add kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, green beans. Add seasonings. Brown Hamburg and add to pot. Saute onion until translucent - add. Cook potatoes(skins on) until you've removed most of the starch. Let sit with cover on and simmer for a few hours before serving with fresh bread.
