4 c. chicken stock
2 each summer squash and zucchini
1 large, sweet onion
butter
tarragon
salt & pepper
1/4 c. rice or ditalini

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chicken stock on stove. In saute pan toss both summer squash and zucchini until just tender. Add onion to pan and saute until translucent. Add all to stock with 1 t. tarragon leaves.(fresh is best) Let simmer. Add the rice or ditalini just before ready to serve.
