6 med Cucumbers
1 C Miracle Whip
1/4 C Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste

Peel the cucumbers and slice them. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Fold the miracle whip mixture into the cucumber slices. Chill for at least 1 hour.

This recipe comes from Phiney Schlais. She would also salt the cucumbers and let them sit and then rinse them before adding the miracle whip mixture. She felt this removed some of the moisture from the cucumbers.
