1 jar red currant jelly
2 oranges
prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Empty 1/2 cup red currant jelly into bowl and break up with fork. Add grated rind of 1 orange, 1/8 tsp. each salt and cayenne pepper and 1 tbsp. prepared mustard dissolved in the juice of 2 oranges. Beat well. Serve hot or cold.
(This is good to marinate chicken pieces before baking, or to spoon over rice, baked vegetables, such as stuffed zucchini.)
