6 yams, boiled and skinned
3/4 c. orange juice
2 T. cornstarch
some salt
3 T. melted butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
2 T. honey
2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour over yams which have been cut in chunks. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
