2 to 3 Italian sausages (turkey Italian works well)
3 T. margarine
1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped parsley
6 to 8 medium mushrooms, sliced
12 oz. pkg. spaghettini
2 T. flour
3/4 c. water
Directions:
Directions:
Remove casing from sausage, break up and brown. Drain off fat. Add margarine and saute onion, green pepper, parsley and mushroom's with the sausage. Cover and simmer together.
Meanwhile, boil spaghettini according to package directions. When spaghettini is nearly done, sprinkle flour into the meat mixture and blend. Add water and stir until gravy is thickened. Drain spaghettini and toss with sauce until well blended.
