Box of Penne Whole Wheat Pasta
1 container of goat cheese
1--8 oz block of cream cheese
1/2 bag baby spinach
1 handful of Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to the box-reserve some pasta water
Chop coarsely the spinach and place it in the bottom of a bowl.
Smooth the two cheeses in a food processor.
Pour cooked-drained pasta over spinach-toss well. Then add cheeses mixing well. Add a little pasta water to make the mixture smooth. Add Parmesan cheese and serve.
