Brownie:
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 TB. milk
1/2 c. baking cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 c. vegetable oil
Topping:
2 tsp. vanilla
1 bag chocolate chips
Cookie:
1 TB. shortening
1/2 c. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Beat all of the brownie ingredients together for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9x13 inch. Bake 30 min. at 350ºF. Mix cookie ingredients together and spread over the top of the brownie when it has cooled. Melt the chocolate chips and shortening together and pour over the cookie layer.

This recipe is very rich, so beware. If you don't like really sweet stuff you might not like this.
