1 c melted butter
1 c brown sugar
1 c white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 /2/3 c flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 2/3 c oatmeal
1 pkg chocolate chips
Nuts optional

Cream first 5 ingredients then stir in dry ingredients. Bake in a 9 x 13 greased pan for 30 to 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
