3/4 c. long-grain white rice
1 package (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
1 pork tenderloin ( about 1 pound), cut into 11/2-inch chunks
1 navel orange, cut into chunks
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. spicy brown mustard

Prepare rice according to package instructions. Stir in peas.

Alternately thread pork and orange chunks onto 6-inch skewers;season with salt, pepper and brush on oil.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey and mustard; season with salt and pepper. Reserve half of the sauce for dipping.

Brush sauce on pork kebabs and grill outside. Continue to baste kebabs as you grill. About 6 minutes a side or until pork is opaque throughout.

Serve with rice and reserved sauce.
