1 1/2 lbs of meat
1 bag Mexican cheese or sharp cheddar
1 jar salsa
2 bags of flour tortillas
cream of mushroom soup
2 TB. balsamic vinegar
small onion
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat. Add 2 T. of venegar, chopped onion, cream of chicken soup and 1/2 cup of milk and salsa. Spray 9X13 pan, place tortilla layer, then cheese, layer, then meat layer, and back to torilla layer. continue layering like lasagna. Bake in oven 350 for 45 minutes.

Enchillada sauce is an option to add, which is better and more spicey, just add sauce to the meat layer.
